Logistics Coordinator
Our Logistics Coordinator works with our clients & planners in the weeks leading up to delivery to ensure a smooth experience!
Coordinating on-site logistics including times, floor plans, and details to ensure our clients and planners experience smooth event day.
Works hand-in-hand with our Operations Manager and Inventory Teams leading up to events.
This role is full-time working from our office and going on site for event days. (No load outs! When our office team pops in on site, it is for certain events to ensure quality, take care of our planners, direct complex layouts, or make unique styling decisions).
Industry experience required! Must be familiar with local venues, very comfortable with floor plans, and very comfortable with load in/out logistics.
